BEHIND THE DESIGN

As a tribute to Iowa’s farmers, Carey and Eli spent more than 200 hours covering Herky in corn and soybeans in a mosaic-like pattern. America Needs Farmers, initiated by Hayden Fry in 1985, recognizes the essential role Iowan farmers play in going the extra mile to provide the nation’s food supply.
